Sl70 slow to warm up

I own 2 1971 sl70´s, and both bikes are very cold blooded. They start wth 2 to 3 kicks and then need to be revel and ridden for about 5 minuted before they will idle properly. Is this normal, or is there anything I can do to make them idle properly quicker and start easier?
