A Real Disappointment

My husband bought us two Hyosung GT 250R Bikes. Mine is a 2007 and his is a 2008. He is an experienced rider, but bought the same bike as me in case I had problems. He thought we would upgrade later and was told this would be a great starter bike for me, (being only 5´4.) After only riding it for about 3 days, I managed to tip it over in my driveway. I was not even moving, I just leaned to one side and could not support the weight of the bike. My leg broke the fall and the only damage was a broken blinker, but then it wouldn´t start. After a week of trying to get it started, we rented a trailer and towed it in. (40 miles away) They kept it for a week and then called and told me it was a factory defect. \
