Fault with Hyosung GV250 Aquila

Hi I am new to the forum but am hopeful someone can help with advice. I bought a new Hyosung GV250 cruiser in April and it has had a fault where it ´misses´ and the fuel injection light comes on and stays on. It seems to do this after riding for about 20k, stopping the bike for a while eg, to fill up with fuel, or longer (say 1 hour) then starting again. Once it starts and runs for about 2-3kilometres it starts to cough and splutter and FI light comes on for the rest of the ride. Have returned it 3 times to find fault but no luck so far. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Love the bike but this is taking the shine off owning a new bike!
