I like my 250GV even though I really have to work the gears. Best gas mileage so far is 67MPG! But I do have a gremlin in the electrical system! The instrument lights don´t normally come on and stay on. Head, tail, and turn lights work fine. Sometimes, when I am going very slow or first start up, the instrument lights will come on for a moment, but normally they are off. This makes it rough for night riding, to say the least! Anyone got an idea what the problem might be? Do the aformentioned lights work off the engine and the instrument lights off the battery? I´ve perused the tech manual (I do have one) and can´t connect the wiring diagram with my problem, although I think the rectifier might have something to do with it, but the part that throws me is that all the other lights work fine! Anyone had this problem?
