I have had a very poor experience with my Ebretti. After 6 months, I had to send it to the manufacturer for a new battery. I have had nothing but battery issues. And, after only 6 months, and storing it inside for 50% of the time, I´m experiencing rusting all over the place. The battery gage doesn´t work, the range is much much lower than advertised, the wheels are extremely poor quality. The center of gravity is poor. I have great regrets for buying this scooter. I can´t say all Electric scooters are a bad choice, but a choice for an Ebretti scooter certainly is.
