If you look at the lower shock mount there is a triangle that the shock mounts to. I have heard that some rotate the triangle so the shock sits lower thus lowering the bike. Then drop the forks a few mm by loosining the triple tree clamps. I hear its a 10 minute job to do each of these. I have not tired it personally.
