New 2007 Moto Guzzi Griso owner

Hi, just bought a 2007 Griso, like new 1,490 miles on her. Rides great, however sometimes when passing auto´s she we stop running? Sometimes pick back up while still hooked up to the drive train. Sometimes will have to clutch her and use start button..? Totally weird. Plenty of gas, electrical system stays on. Puzzling.. Any previous problems like this? Thanks, G-man
