Just purchased a 2007 ridden since 16 am retired now. Always wanted a BMW with this engine. Anyone who maintains their bike after valves break in do you still need adjustments? Does it have cruise control or has anyone added it? If so what brand how does it work? Thank you Eric from Lombard IL
