Why zoomer with 2 ECUs?

Why zoomer with 2 ECUs?

I see 2 ECUs installed on this motorcycle:
* 1 ECU is installed close to the throttle body
* 2 ECU is installed behind the front lamp
The functions of each ECU is for what?
