How to get acceleration

My aerox goes at least 70 mph but before all of you start telling me its impossible its already derestricted and had alot of other stuff done to it. There is a big down side to the high speed though its lost a lot of acceleration and doesnt get up hills well, any tips on how to sort that out? thanks Tyler.
