Hello(sorry about my English), I live in Argentina and I am interesting to buy an honda Vigor 650 1999(from Germany)Here in Argentina Honda honda never brougth this model and I think this is the only one.
But in some internet pages I so tha some bikes has a low power engine( 34ps insted of 39ps) How can I know which one is thes before I buy it. Or in the case if is the one whit 34 PS,How can I get the full power.....39PS /5750 RPM
I will apreciate some one gives me this information..
