Won´t rev past 5000, lost power going up the road

Won´t rev past 5000, lost power going up the road

Changed the oil and filter yesterday. Went for a ride and it worked great. Then it just lost power won´t take a load when you give it throttle. It starts great and idles but as soon as you roll the throttle past 4000 it bogs right out.
