I hadn´t had a 2-stroke bike for many years. About 30 to be exact. While raising my kids to that age, when they get curious about motorcycles, I bought a Honda 150. My god what a boring bike! So I traded it in on the terrifying KX250r, and was glad I did. It had plenty of power, speed, and man when I get depressed, a ride on this puts a smile back on that lasts a month! From stock settings, it went right through whoops, no problem, sand, same thing, Hills were just plain scary fast. It took some time to get used to having PLENTY of power! Adjusting the suspension is still on my list, and starts, 2 kicks when it´s cold, 1 when it´s warm. Hell of a bike! I plan on handing this down to my oldest when he´s ready. 4 Strokes are more manageable, but I like being scared, 2 stroke keep me alive!
