Problem with new Suzuki M50

Vibration/Oscillation between 45-55mph on smooth roads. I can feel at the front of bike and sometimes see the front forks moving in and out. This is very noticable at night as it causes the headlight beam to jump up and down rapidly. When it happens I can place one hand on the rear fender and feel it coming from the rear of the M50. So far the dealer where I purchased the M50 denies any problem. Another dealer aknowledges the problem but cannot spend days trying to pinpoint the exact cause as Suzuki will only pay the for the part and labor, not all the troubleshooting it might take. Both wheels have been balanced or checked at 2 different Suzuki dealers.
