Clutch basket noise?

I have a Yamaha 1300 XVS 2007.
I had been experiencing a clutch rattle, which seems to be a common problem with these, so I have had a complete clutch from a 2008 model fitted, with the newer clutch basket etc..
The problem I have now, which wasn´t there before, is if I accelerate hard or cruise at 60mph+, there is a horrible vibration from the clutch area, which makes you ease off, as it feels as though it will fall apart.
Is there any other discrepancies or replacements that should have been addressed to allow for this clutch to work correctly?
