Leaking fork seals -

Removed tire. Could not loosen 8mm bolt that goes up inside the tube, from the bottom. It started to turn when great force and breaker bar applied, but simply turns, and does not loosen up or back out.

Removed fork and dissasembled from the top, but could not separate inner tube from lower tube bc that bolt wouldn´t loosen up. Used penetrating oil fro. Both sides and tried to remove by using pneumatic impact wrench. Now, the bolt turns easily, but still won´t back out. I´m unable to separate the inner and outer tubes to remove the bad seal.

Help!

Any ideas on how to remove the stuck bolt and separate the tube?

Alternatively, are the stock forks on my 2003 interchangeable with forks from other year models?

Thanks.
