Helllo, can anyone tell me how to remove the top of the fork tube from the bottom. I have the spring and spacer out and I loosened the bolt in the bottom of the fork and it still wont come out. I pushed down on the top fork tube and now it is stuck all the way down as well. Can any one please tell me what I am doing wrong.
