New to me 2007 Street Glide

New to me 2007 Street Glide

Just purchased this bike 2 days ago and have a few things I need to know. This is my first H-D as I´ve been on metric bikes for years. First the fuel gauge does not work and the front brakes have pumping feeling when applied lightly, with heavy pressure there is no pumping feeling.
