Do I need to replace the EFI module and Air Filter for Slip-Ons? |

Hello world, Just joined the rank and file of HD riders with a new ´07 FLHRC here in Gaithersburg, MD. If anyone out there has first-hand knowledge/experience about the following, I´d really appreciate hearing about it. There seems to be some different opinions about whether or not one needs to put in a new fuel injection module (mapped to the specs of the bike) and a high performance air cleaner when using a stock exhaust system with new slip-on mufflers. I´m sure adding this will help, but since I´m not changing the engine components and I´m leaving the stock pipes and crossover, is it worth the extra $$$ in cost and time or will my honey backfire, wheeze, and/or groan if I don´t do it?
