HEY GUYS AND GALS IF YOU WANT TO PUT FOWARD CONTROLS ON THE XL-50 THE KIT THEY SELL AT HARLEY AND ON E-BAY WILL FIT EXCEPT FOR THE ROD FOR THE BACK BRAKES IT IS A INCH AND A HALF TO LONG AND WILL HAVE TO BE CUT AND WELDED BACK TOGETHER EVEN HARLEY DIDNT KNOW THIS THE GUYS AT MY LOCAL SHOP THOUGHT I WAS CRAZY UNTIL I BOUGHT THE BIKE UP THERE AND SHOWED THEM THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE CHECKING INTO IT AND SEEING IF HARLEY WILL MAKE ONE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ANYONE ELSE THAT MIGHT WANT TO MAKE THE CHANGE TO FOWARD CONTROLS....................FYI..........DOUG
