is this still reliable after 7 years?

İts now 2013 and i have seen a 2006 gt250r in my local area with about 33000kms(20k miles) on its clock and wonder how the reliability would be now? or any major problems that have occured since 2006?--the price seems good at about half of a 2008 gtr here!
