Hi there. I´m looking at a trail bike and I have a likening for something a bit different. A Gas Gas 400 Pampera (2006) has come up for sale. I understand that this is the ´softer´ version of the 450 with lower spec suspension, carb, etc. It looks well maintained (photos only) and the owner advises that it has a good service history. My question is - how do these bikes stack-up in the service/maintenance scheme? I don´t want a bike that requires servicing every second Wednesday and a rebuild every Christmas. I know that I should be directing myself to some Honzukaha, but I just can´t get excited by these. Anybody out there owned one and know if this model requires less fuss than the 450 bling model?
