I´ve seen a Honda CM450E 1982 (same version you have) in good condition for sale at at local motorcycle dealer. The´re asking 2600$ for it. Value all depends on engine condition and cosmetics. Personnaly, I prefer the version with front disk brakes and alloy wheels. Remember that many parts are the same than CM400E. I often see parts on Ebay. Good luck.
