Leaky shifter

Hey,
I had a fall on the track, and my shifter hit the ground. I had a steady stream of transmission oil pouring out from the shifter (it was definitely from the shifter). I can still put the bike in gear. I´m thinking it´s just the seal, anyone else have any idea?
