I have owned a 2001 DiBlasi-R7ES (Mariner-stainless steel frame)for 3 years. I like the scoot but the clutch is giving me problems. I have the clutch (Variator) apart at this time trying to get parts to fix it.I live in Dayton, Ohio and I have to send to Atlanta GA. for parts.I don´t know what a 2003 DiBlasi F7 looks like but will try to find out. If anyone needs more info. on my scoot let me know.
