then you must be riding an extensive amount on the rear wheel. (wheelies) ive learned my lesson, have you? when the bike is in an angle of approx. 33 deg. or greater, the oil pressure is reduced substantially. thus causing the amount of oil going thru the camshaft to be reduced. journals get hot, start ticking and eventually the inevietable happens......i broke a cam perfectly in two. duh!!!!!!!!!!! solution........there is a solution to this problem........add approx. 2-3 more oz. of oil, and try to keep the bike on TWO wheels. im buying a new motor from honda for 2,800. or i could get a bare head for a low price of 2,000. which would you do?
