I just purchased a cbr600f4 99 model. It has been setting for at least 8 months and has less than 7500 miles. The previous owner has all his records from the local honda shop. It will start like new and will only pull out with the choke on and once you get rolling at speed you can turn it off and it runs normal but witha slight bog. But when you go to stop it will die unless you keep the choke on. I only got to ride it 11 miles last nite and it may come out of it. Anyone have any ideals on what is going on? He had the carbs cleaned 8 months ago and has had sta-bil in it.
