cooling leak inside variable speed belt cover

I have a cooling leak on my Derbi Predator that first showed up with antifreeze discharge through the vent port on the bottom of the variable speed belt housing. When I removed the aluminum side cover of the belt housing, I could trace the leak to the upper/forward area, behind the CRV? belt pulley. Can you please help me to diagnose the problem and possible repair? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.
