umm..check to se if you got fuel in the carbs first by opening the drain screws on each....also,is your choke cable working the carbs the way it should?Don´t know if you got the fuel mix screws available to mess with but I got mine set at around 2 and 1/4 turns out.umm not the greatest idea to try but can narrow down your issue a bit,carefully add a SMALL shot of ether thru inbox hole,dos that help?if so fuel starvation is a possibility by carbs.Any vacuum leaks?Start w/the obvious,verify them, then go to the more troublesome issues.I´ll help the best I can,peace,sv
