If any bike sits w/ gas in the carbs for an extended period, the interior orifices will get clogged and sometimes no amount of carb cleaner spray will ever clean them. Try stripping down the carb (make sure you remove EVERYTHING that isn´t metal) and have your local automotive machine shop soak it (at least overnight) in some of their industrial strength solvent. It´s the only way to ensure nothing´s clogged.
