My lifan 250 suddenly won´t run past 45 mph.
If I stop up the breather hole in the frame, it will rev up better......
It was running fine at 55 mph when suddenly it wouldn´t run past 45 mph....if I opened the throttle past 1/3 open it just would not run....if I let up on the throttle, it would kick in again...
I can´t figure this out.....HELP !!
