First time buyer! Need help! Looking for carbs, gas tank!

First time buyer! Need help! Looking for carbs, gas tank!

I have purchased what I was told was a cb550 but after looking into it some more I’m thinking it is more of a cb650 nighthawk. I would like to go a cafe racer style build and I’m looking for some carbs. The ones that came on the bike were rusted and whoever had it before messed up all the jets. I would like to have a more simple sleek look on the gas tank over the wavy one that comes on it right now. I have plenty of pictures just need an experts word on what to get! Thanks Jaden.
