I have a matrix 150 with 1500 miles and it wont start

it runs for a few seconds and then dies
more cranking and wont start
heres a list of whats been done so far
btw i,m an ASE Master tech and cant figure it out
any ideas???

changed the choke for a brand new one
ultrasonied the carb
cleaned the jets
blown it out with compresed air
still the same
checked the carb diaphram cleaned the carb again
still wont start
new plug plus new cap
any idea as i,m stuffed and about to set fire to it and buy a HONDA
