Need help,

I have the Tank urban 50 TK 50, QT-5. It has been sitting in my garage for two months without starting it, Although I had disconnected the battery two months ago before storing it, I ended up charging the battery, and it has a full tank of gas, but won´t do anything the engine does not even turn or anything, I tried to kick started, that did not work, please email me with any advise. thanks.
