Ok, I have never worked on one of these so I could use some help. My son just bought a Tank Sports Urban 50 Scooter and he tried to start it to hear only a whirring sound and nothing. If someone could give me some insight as to what this might be I would be grateful. He was so happy to get it so he had his own transportation as opposed to relying on me or mom. We have also had a bit of trouble finding the owner´s manual, so if I could get some help with that as well that would be awesome!! I really appreciate any help I can get.
