Parts & Service Support Virtually Non-Existent

I bought this motorcycle a few months ago with much regret. It is an okay little bike especially for the money, but there is virtually zero after-purchase support. Getting parts for this has been a nightmare. I ordered a backrest back in November and received it weeks later without the mounting brackets which means the backrest is worthless. I have tried repeatedly to get the part sent and get assurances that it is coming. 2 months later, nothing. I am getting rid of this thing at the earliest opportunity and getting a Honda.
