Kymco venox motor/trans swapping?

I have a 2006 venox and have a hard time finding some parts. Want to know since the motor has a casing to make it appear larger than a 250, what is the actual size in cu.in. or cc and what other motors might be a perfect swap like say a honda shadow 750 and the likes. Any suggestions?
