Hero honda Achiever 2006 model kick start problem

I m facing the problem in starting the bike by kick since 2006 till now 2016 .it is not working problem so what the exact problem is in the cylinder piston, compressor or crank shaft or carburetor or else so please help to find out the exact reason so that it can be repaired . bike is in good condition.
