well i have had the misfortune of maintaining one of these dirty hulky scooters, or the equiv orion vr150 in 3000km so far, the problems have been at 2000km the coil packed in at 2500km the rear brake switch packed in at 3000km the front brake switch packed in, the headlight switch and the head race bearings have turned to cheese, maintenance it is a mission, as every thing is covered in useless plastic, and is a mission in itself to remove, on the plus side the engine still seems to be in good nick, with no knocks, and the clearances are good, its really the electrics, not really the electrics, but the plugs and switches that let the scooter down, along with a few other little bit, why donĀ“t people just buy naked motorbikes, or plastic less scooters, and have my battles would be over |
