Bike ran before being stored outside in Florida under a cover. It sat for a few months. When we went to move it, the rear wheel is locked up. It acts as if the engine is seized. Any suggestions before I begin tearing it down to look for trouble. The rear break does not appear to be the issue as the wheel does move a half inch or so.
