Hoe to check battery Condition ?

Hoe to check battery Condition ?

Bike is not taking Load.
On stand the wheel is moving OK, But as the try to ride it is not working.
It seems to be battery low, But While charging the charger indicates fully charged.
Is it A charger fault Or Battery´s ?
How to check battery condition ?
