Hey, 1st u need to what we french call ´´debridé´´ it´s a just a thing the mecanic has to do, he undoes a couple screws or tops or somthing that will make it go to around 80-90
then the guy a bought it from changed the ´´exost pipe´´ but u have to make sure that the ´´exaust pip´´ is adiquuite for the cerburateur
