CAN´T ACCESS MY TOP SPEED

CAN´T ACCESS MY TOP SPEED

I APPROCHED AROUND 117KM/H ON 9500 RPM WITH FOUR GEAR BUT WHEN I PUT FIFTH GEAR MY RPM REDUCES TO 7000 AND I TRIED TO RAISE THE SPEED BUT THERE IS NO RAISE IN SPEED AND RPM TOO.
