What type of oil used/suggestions?

I´m new to the BMW Community. I really like my 2006 R1200rt. I going to change the fluids and wanted to use Amzoil. Just wanted to know if that was a good idea or not. My other bile is a 2012 HD Ultra Glide Limited. Ride safe!
