If you recently changed the oil, you will just need to slightly unscrew the oil filter while the engine is running, the light should go out within a minute, then just tighten the oil filter to normal torque spec. Now you are ready to ride, happened to me my last oil change and I found this tip on the forum. I also have an 06 ZZR 600 (galaxy Silver).
