Shifting Hell!

Have a strange problem that everyone I know including the dealership is shrugging their collective shoulders. The bike shifts normally for about 3 minutes and as soon as it heats up it will only shift into 1st and neutral. I thought perhaps the clutch pack was warn so I R&R´d the pack with the hopes that this would take care of the problem, but it didn´t! Need HELP!!
