Hey guys, the problem you are hearing is the final drive belt. The early 900´s and also the VN2000´s have this noisy problem. Mother Kaw manufactured the rear pulley to keep the belt runnig all the way to the left side. You can adjust the belt to the center of the pulley but it will not stay there, It will run to the left [outside] and that is what causes the noise. Been there, done that!!!
