had to charge new battery after 200 miles

Had to charge new battery after 200 miles on battery, drove into storage after riding about 1 hour cooling fan kicked on. While stopped, shifting to neutral bike died tried to restart but starter just clicked. Bike started after charged about 1 hour possible alternator problem?
