MK1 Bandit blowing gaskets and oil cooler line

I have a customer with a MK1 1200. Initally it blew an oil cooler line, then on next run the Cam cover gasket started leaking (this is where I came in). I rebuilt the carbs and replaced the gasket. When we ran it, it sounded good for about 20 seconds then blew the head gasket. Not just a leak but a hemorrhage !. Does anyone have any idea´s why... My current thinking is towards high oil pressure finding its path of least resistance to the outside world.
