Signal Relay burnt again

I had a problem with a Fuse that was blowing again and again, Fuse for Signal Relay, instrument and back light. I cant find the error. Replaces the fuse with 35A and the signal relay is now overloaded and burnt. 3 times i replased it...
What can it be?
